This month Facebook has been rapidly redesigning user profile and adding additional features. Several features like of Google+ are now part of Facebook, beside this Facebook has also addressed several privacy related issues. Some media have informed that facebook will be rolling out major profile redesign on f8 including the launch of “Facebook media and music platform. It will allow users to listen to music from within Facebook.com.
New redesign will be more focused on ecommerce and Facebook credits giving Facebook Credits more prominence . An HTML5-based mobile platform is also rumored to be launching soon.

Facebook's omnipresent navigation (Like of twitter/Google+) .
New Nav bar now displays 32x32px icon of your profile picture and re-designed drop-down menu .
Facebook tickr displaying recent actions by friends and sugesstion for "people to subscribe" . Facebook may introduce paid listing in "people to subscribe" like in twitter.
Facebook Superlist - Similar to Google+ but with additional functions such as subscribing to photo updates only , status updates only etc
