I don’t use Google+ much, but to test new hash-tag search I thought of searching Google+ with hash-tag “#nepal”, to know if there is something about my country. There were only few posts in Google+ with #nepal and I immediately found photographer named Peter West Carey and amazing pictures captured by him during his visit at Nepal. Here are some few photos I would like to share. Captions are added as appeared originally in his Google+ profile.

Khumjung , third night photo trekking in the Solukhumbu. The moon is just outside the view up top and the shutter speed is 139 seconds.

Burning Mountain - Nepal. The sun was starting to come up at Loboche, Solukhumbu, Nepal. At 15,500' in the Himalayas, the rays still had an hour before they would reach the valley below. Peaks to the West had not received warming rays from the phalanx of Everest (Sagarmatha), Nuptse and Lhotse blocking to the East, out of view.
Creek and Cholatse, Himalayas, Nepal
3 minute night shot of Thamserku from Khumjung before the clouds rolled in.
Night shot from Mong La, along the trekking route to Gokyo Ri in Nepal.
What do I do when my client stops in the middle of a crowded Kathmandu street to take a photo? Why, I take one of him, of course.

All these pictures are taken by Peter West Carey himself and all rights to it is owned by him, I got these images from his Google+ Profile, you can also visit his official website here.
